As part of the colour course during my term at Pratt, we were asked to create abstracted impressions of our favourite painting. In this case I chose The Old Guitarist by Picasso. I have always loved this piece especially the use of colour to convey such somber and sad emotions. Below are some ways I had began to extrapolate the colours and emotion from the painting.
